     Jean (Jane) Blackwood was born on 8 June 1845 at Uddingston, Bothwell, Lanark, Scotland. She was the daughter of Matthew Blackwood and Jane Gray. Jean (Jane) Blackwood was baptized on 22 June 1845 at Bellshill Relief Church, Lanarkshire, Scotland.

     William Blackwood was an Iron moulder. He was born circa 1848 at Neilston, Renfrew, Scotland. He was the son of Matthew Blackwood and Jane Gray. William Blackwood married Agnes Love, daughter of John Love and Catherine Davidson, on 29 March 1872 at Dennistoun, Glasgow, Scotland. Married in the Free Church. William Blackwood died on 17 March 1925 at Royal Cancer Hospital, Milton, Glasgow, Scotland.

     Helen Blackwood was born circa 1849 at Neilston, Renfrew, Scotland. She was the daughter of Matthew Blackwood and Jane Gray.

     Jessie Blackwood was born circa 1851 at Lanark, Scotland. She was the daughter of Matthew Blackwood and Jane Gray.

     Agnes Blackwood was born on 25 November 1855 at Cambuslang, Glasgow, Scotland. She was the daughter of Matthew Blackwood and Jane Gray.

     Christina Blackwood was born on 30 June 1858 at Central District, Glasgow, Scotland. She was the daughter of Matthew Blackwood and Jane Gray.

     Ann Blackwood was born on 19 August 1860 at Central District, Glasgow, Scotland. She was the daughter of Matthew Blackwood and Jane Gray.

     Matthew Blackwood was born on 15 November 1862 at Central District, Glasgow, Scotland. He was the son of Matthew Blackwood and Jane Gray.

     Joan Davidson Blackwood was born on 8 August 1865 at Bridgeton, Glasgow, Scotland. She was the daughter of Matthew Blackwood and Jane Gray. Joan Davidson Blackwood married William Neilson, son of John Neilson and Janet Young, on 18 July 1887 at Bridgeton, Glasgow, Scotland. Joan Davidson Blackwood died on 30 October 1945 at Maryhill, Glasgow, Scotland, at age 80.

     John D Blackwood was a Bleacher. He was born on 3 July 1854 at New Kilpatrick, Dunbarton, Scotland. He was the son of William Blackwood and Jane(Jean) Kerr. John D Blackwood died on 31 October 1940 at Clober House, Milngavie, Glasgow, Scotland, at age 86. John never married.

     Charlotte (Lottie) Thomson Lithgow was born on 2 May 1909 at 29 Tollcross Rd, Tollcross, Shettleston, Lanarkshire, Scotland. She was the daughter of David Lithgow and Marion Gilroy Parker. Charlotte (Lottie) Thomson Lithgow married Peter McInally Anderson, son of George Anderson and Agnes McInally, in 1936 at Blythswood, Glasgow, Lanarkshire, Scotland. Charlotte (Lottie) Thomson Lithgow died on 20 December 1999 at Kelso, Scotland, at age 90.

     Janet Drummond McDonald was born in 1850 at Inverkip, Renfrew, Scotland. She was the daughter of Rev Donald McDonald and Agnes Blackwood. Janet Drummond McDonald died on 5 July 1871 at Craigton, New Kilpatrick, Dunbarton, Scotland.

     Annie Helen Liardet was born on 23 March 1859 at Bombay, India. She was the daughter of Henry Maughan Liardet and Margaret Ann Hellard. Annie Helen Liardet married Gavin Marshall Blackwood, son of John Blackwood and Catherine I Marshall, on 3 September 1884 at St Stephen's Paddington, Middlesex, England. On 18th March 1911 he sailed on the "Saxon" with wife and daughter, from Southampton, destination Natal, South Africa.
On 20th March 1919 sailed for Jamaica with wife Annie and daughter Margaret. Annie Helen Liardet died on 9 September 1945 at Kincardine, Perth, Scotland, at age 86.

     John Blackwood was born on 2 September 1885 at Hamilton, Lanark, Scotland. He was the son of Gavin Marshall Blackwood and Annie Helen Liardet. John Blackwood was a Squadron Leader in the RAF WW1 in 1918. He married Marion Symington Young Stewart, daughter of James Watson Stewart and Marion Symington Young, on 13 June 1918 at New Kilpatrick, Dunbarton, Scotland. John Blackwood died on 6 August 1969 at Avon Wood, Sway, Hants, England, at age 83.

     Margaret Blackwood was born on 5 March 1888 at Hamilton, Lanark, Scotland. She was the daughter of Gavin Marshall Blackwood and Annie Helen Liardet. Margaret Blackwood died on 20 September 1971 at Kitale, Kenya, at age 83. From 1949 onwards, she made several sea journeys between the UK and Kenya. It is not clear what she was doing in Kenya, as she gave her occupation as "housewife". She gave her status as single, and it appears that Margaret never married.Her death was published in the Kenya Gazette on 22nd October 1971.

     Walter Blackwood was born circa 1797 at Strathblane, Stirling, Scotland. He was the son of William Blackwood and Agnes(Janet) Whyte. Walter Blackwood was baptized on 20 August 1797 at Strathblane, Stirling, Scotland. He was a Flax Dresser. He married Margaret Gardner, daughter of Andrew Gardner, on 8 June 1818 at Glasgow, Lanark, Scotland. Married by the Rev Alex McNaughtan (Walter's brother-in-law.) Walter Blackwood died before 9 February 1832 at Glasgow, Scotland; There is a Walter Blackwood buried 10th Feb 1832, High Church, Glasgow. Age was given as 45, but he would only have been about 35.
In his father's Will, executed on 9 Feb 1832, Walter is stated as being dead.
Walter's youngest child, Elizabeth was born in 1831 from various census records and from her death certificate.

Ann Fraser married Walter Blackwood, son of William Blackwood and Helen Adam, on 24 December 1848 at Gorbals, Glasgow, Scotland. Ann Fraser married Hugh Ross, son of William Ross and Elspeth McKenzie, on 23 October 1860 at Glasgow, Scotland. Ann Fraser died on 20 June 1906 at Kinning Park, Glasgow, Scotland, at age 75.

     William Blackwood was born on 2 October 1849 at Neilston, Renfrew, Scotland. He was the son of Walter Blackwood and Ann Fraser. William Blackwood was baptized on 18 November 1849 at Hutchesontown Relief Church, Glasgow, Scotland. He died on 27 February 1861 at Tradeston, Glasgow, Scotland, at age 11.

     George McMurdo was a Shipyard labourer. He was born in 1872 at Closeburn, Dumfries, Scotland. He was the son of William McMurdo and Marion Hiddleston. George McMurdo died on 25 August 1950 at Provan, Glasgow, Scotland. He never married.

     Isabella McNab Parker was born on 8 February 1885 at Bridgeton, Glasgow, Scotland. She was the daughter of Moses Parker and Ann Gilroy. Isabella McNab Parker married Alexander Sawers, son of Andrew Sawers and Sarah Henderson, on 23 November 1906 at Camlachie, Glasgow, Scotland. Isabella McNab Parker married Alexander Tate in 1947 at Old Monkland, Scotland. Isabella McNab Parker died in 1971 at Glasgow, Scotland.

     Jane Rogerson McMurdo was born on 27 July 1877 at Hightownhead, Kirkmahoe, Dumfries, Scotland. She was the daughter of William McMurdo and Marion Hiddleston. Jane Rogerson McMurdo married Peter Jack Robbie, son of William Robbie and Catherine Whyte, on 23 October 1908 at Canongate, Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland. Jane Rogerson McMurdo died circa June 1915 at Liverpool, Lancashire, England.

     Alexander Marshall McMurdo was a Ploughman and Colliery Boiler Fireman. He was born on 31 August 1879 at Terregles, Kirkcudbright, Scotland. He was the son of William McMurdo and Marion Hiddleston. Alexander Marshall McMurdo married Margaret Dunsmore, daughter of John Dunsmore and Maggie Jane Craig, on 24 March 1911 at Larkhall, Lanarkshire, Scotland. Alexander Marshall McMurdo died on 4 October 1951 at Larkhall, Lanarkshire, Scotland, at age 72. In 1918 he was Private 457 in the Labour Corps at Larkhall.

He married Isabella Mills, daughter of Thomas Mills, on 5 March 1858 at Portsea Island, Hants, England.

     John Parker was a Labourer. He was born on 4 November 1832 at Findon, West Sussex, England. He was the son of Allen Parker and Elizabeth Baker. John Parker married Charity Fisher on 5 November 1859 at Findon, West Sussex, England. John Parker married Mary Ann Holland, daughter of Richard Holland, on 2 March 1867 at Burpham, Surrey, England.
