     Reuben Parker was born circa September 1810 at Washington, Sussex, England. He was the son of John Parker and Ann (?) Reuben Parker was christened on 28 September 1810 at Washington, Sussex, England. He married Emily Waitland on 28 September 1834 at Findon, West Sussex, England. Reuben Parker died before 1861.

     Moses Parker was born circa August 1812 at Washington, Sussex, England. He was the son of John Parker and Ann (?) Moses Parker was christened on 23 August 1812 at Washington, Sussex, England. He married Ann Longhurst circa September 1842 at Thakeham, Sussex, England. Moses Parker died circa December 1870 at Brighton, Sussex, Enland.

     Aaron Parker was born circa August 1812 at Washington, Sussex, England. He was the son of John Parker and Ann (?) Aaron Parker was christened on 23 August 1812 at Washington, Sussex, England. He died in February 1835 at Washington, Sussex, England. He was buried on 19 February 1835 at Washington, Sussex, England.

     Caroline Parker was born circa August 1814 at Washington, Sussex, England. She was the daughter of John Parker and Ann (?) Caroline Parker was christened on 6 September 1814 at Washington, Sussex, England. She died in January 1823 at Washington, Sussex, England. She was buried on 28 January 1823 at Washington, Sussex, England.

     Edmund Parker was born circa May 1817 at Washington, Sussex, England. He was the son of John Parker and Ann (?) Edmund Parker was christened on 8 June 1817 at Washington, Sussex, England. He married Maria Hills on 28 August 1842 at Goring, Sussex, England. Edmund Parker died circa June 1876 at Washington, Sussex, England.

     Eliza Jane Martin was born circa 1839. She was the daughter of William Martin and Maria McVeagh. Eliza Jane Martin married William Blackwood, son of William Blackwood and Ann Pollock, in 1864 at Invercargill, NZ. Eliza Jane Martin died on 18 June 1898 at Invercargill, NZ.

     Marie Emily Blackwood was born on 22 January 1875 at Invercargill, NZ. She was the daughter of William Blackwood and Eliza Jane Martin. Marie Emily Blackwood married Albert Nicholas Hall circa 1900 at Invercargill, NZ. Marie Emily Blackwood died on 25 August 1936 at Invercargill, NZ, at age 61.

     William Muir Hamilton was born on 14 January 1914. He married Marion Gilroy Parker Lithgow Blackwood, daughter of John Blackwood and Caroline Parker, on 18 August 1942 at Greenock, Renfrew, Scotland. William Muir Hamilton died in January 1998 at Greenock, Renfrew, Scotland.

     James Blackwood was born on 25 March 1860 at Central District, Glasgow, Scotland. He was the son of John Blackwood and Janet Gardner. James Blackwood married Marjory Davidson, daughter of Donald Davidson and Elizabeth Campbell, on 16 July 1885 at 8 Florence Place, Kelvin, Glasgow, Scotland. James Blackwood was a Plumber and Gas Fitter. He died on 30 June 1936 at Springburn, Glasgow, Scotland, at age 76. For a time he was Caretaker of the Waterworks when they lived in Kilcreggan.

     Marjory Davidson was born on 23 October 1862 at Newlands of Broomhill, Cawdor, Nairn, Scotland. She was the daughter of Donald Davidson and Elizabeth Campbell. Marjory Davidson married James Blackwood, son of John Blackwood and Janet Gardner, on 16 July 1885 at 8 Florence Place, Kelvin, Glasgow, Scotland. Marjory Davidson died on 30 June 1941 at Glasgow, Scotland, at age 78.

     William Ogilvie Lothian was born on 26 June 1909 at Port Glasgow, Renfrew, Scotland. He was the son of David Lothian and Jenny McDougall Templeton. William Ogilvie Lothian married Marjory Davidson Blackwood, daughter of John Blackwood and Caroline Parker, on 9 January 1942 at Greenock, Renfrew, Scotland. William Ogilvie Lothian died in 1964 at Greenock, Renfrew, Scotland.

     Caroline Parker Lothian was born on 21 August 1943 at Greenock, Renfrew, Scotland. She was the daughter of William Ogilvie Lothian and Marjory Davidson Blackwood. Caroline Parker Lothian died on 19 November 1994 at Greenock, Renfrew, Scotland, at age 51.

     William Ogilvie Lothian was born in 1948 at Greenock, Renfrew, Scotland. He was the son of William Ogilvie Lothian and Marjory Davidson Blackwood. William Ogilvie Lothian died on 23 February 2013 at Larkfield, Greenock, Renfrew, Scotland.

     Albert Hall was born on 16 July 1923 at Hixon, Stafford, England. He was the son of Albert John Hall and Elsie Deakin. Albert Hall married Isobel Parker Blackwood, daughter of John Blackwood and Caroline Parker, on 14 June 1946 at Greenock, Renfrew, Scotland. Albert Hall died on 18 November 2008 at Stafford, Stafford, England, at age 85. Born in Hixon, he lived most of his life in Stafford, and was made a burgess of the borough in 1982. He was a founder and former President of the Ingestre Park Golf Club.At the age of 18 he joined the Royal Navy repairing Second World War ships at his base in Greenock, Scotland, where he met his future wife, Isobel Blackwood.

     Janet Gardner was born circa 1823 at New Kilpatrick, Dunbarton, Scotland. She was the daughter of William Gardner and Margaret (Mary) McIntyre. Married John Blackwood, son of William Blackwood and Helen Adam, on 25 December 1849 at New Kilpatrick, Dunbarton, Scotland. Also procalimed at Neilston & Barrhead, Renfrewshire. Janet Gardner died on 22 April 1901 at Milton, Glasgow, Scotland.

     John Blackwood was born on 26 June 1820 at Craigallian, Strathblane, Stirling, Scotland. Baptised on 11 July 1820. He was the son of William Blackwood and Helen Adam. Married Janet Gardner, daughter of William Gardner and Margaret (Mary) McIntyre, on 25 December 1849 at New Kilpatrick, Dunbarton, Scotland. Also procalimed at Neilston & Barrhead, Renfrewshire. John Blackwood was a Provision Merchant and Coach Builders Clerk. He died on 19 March 1890 at Kelvin, Glasgow, Scotland, at age 69.

     William Blackwood was a Master Bleacher. He was born circa 1751 at Scotland. He was given as age 90 in the 1841 census at Strathblane, Stirlingshire, born Out of County. Due to rounding down in the 1841 census, his age could have been anything up to 94.
Of all the William Blackwoods in church records from around that time, a strong, but not proven, contender would be the William Blackwood baptised 20 October 1751, at Renfrew, to James Blackwood and Jean Brisbane. He married Agnes(Janet) Whyte on 5 February 1779 at New Kilpatrick and Inchinnan, Scotland. The marriage banns were read in Inchinnan on 22 January 1779, and in New Kilpatrick on 23 January 1779. The New Kilpatrick OPR entry states they were married on 5 February 1779.
The OPR entries state that William was of the Parish of New Kilpatrick, and Agnes was of the Parish of Inchinnan. William Blackwood died on 28 January 1846 at Craigton, New Kilpatrick, Dunbarton, Scotland. The following is paraphrased from John Guthrie Smith's book "The Parish of Strathblane and its inhabitants from early times":
"In 1781, William Blackwood, who had been a bleacher at Dalsholm, erected a bleachworks on the Allander at Craigallian. For some time he was in a partnership with David Dunlop. In 1801 he took on his son John as a partner, as William Blackwood & Son.
The business prospered. In 1841, with Craigallian being too small, they moved to the more extensive works at Craigton, East Kilpatrick, which was vacant, and continued to turn out the same good work.
The Blackwoods were the first and last at Craigallian."
After moving to Craigton, the business expanded and the Blackwoods continued there until the early 1900's.

     Agnes(Janet) Whyte was born circa 1755 The date and place of Agnes's birth is not known. One possibility, but not proven, is an Agnes White baptised at Inchinnan on 14 December 1759, to parents Matthew White and Janet Storie. This would make her 19 if it was she who married William. She married William Blackwood on 5 February 1779 at New Kilpatrick and Inchinnan, Scotland. The marriage banns were read in Inchinnan on 22 January 1779, and in New Kilpatrick on 23 January 1779. The New Kilpatrick OPR entry states they were married on 5 February 1779.
The OPR entries state that William was of the Parish of New Kilpatrick, and Agnes was of the Parish of Inchinnan. Agnes(Janet) Whyte died before 1841 The date and place of Agnes's death is not known.

     John Blackwood was a Master Bleacher. He was born circa 1788 at Strathblane, Stirling, Scotland. He was the son of William Blackwood and Agnes(Janet) Whyte. John Blackwood was baptized on 21 September 1788 at Strathblane, Stirling, Scotland. He married Janet Drummond, daughter of John Drummond and Isabel Ferguson, on 20 February 1824 at Strathblane & Drymen, Stirling, Scotland. John Blackwood died on 1 April 1851 at Craigton, Dunbarton, Scotland.

     Robert Blackwood was born circa 1790 at Strathblane, Stirling, Scotland. He was the son of William Blackwood and Agnes(Janet) Whyte. Robert Blackwood was baptized on 18 July 1790. Robert probably died in his infancy as there is no further record of him after his baptism, and his father referred to Walter as his fourth son in his Will.

     Matthew Blackwood was a Master Bleacher. He was born in 1784 at Craigallian Fields, Strathblane, Stirling, Scotland. He was the son of William Blackwood and Agnes(Janet) Whyte. Matthew Blackwood was baptized on 2 May 1784 at Strathblane, Stirling, Scotland. He married Jean McNaughtan, daughter of Alex McNaughtan and Isabel Russell, on 14 April 1815 at Strathblane & St Ninians, Stirling, Scotland. Matthew Blackwood married Janet Pollock, daughter of James Pollock and Isobel Sinclair, on 28 April 1851 at Neilston, Renfrew, Scotland. Matthew Blackwood died on 28 April 1870 at Barrhead, Renfrew, Scotland.

     Janet Blackwood was born circa 1793 at Strathblane, Stirling, Scotland. She was the daughter of William Blackwood and Agnes(Janet) Whyte. Janet Blackwood was baptized on 11 April 1793 at Strathblane, Stirling, Scotland. She married Rev Alexander McNaughtan, son of Alex McNaughtan and Isabel Russell, on 26 November 1814 at Strathblane, Stirling, Scotland. Janet Blackwood died on 31 March 1875 at Heather Bank, Milngavie, Glasgow, Scotland.

     Donald Davidson was born on 26 March 1818 at Newlands of Torrich, Cawdor, Nairn, Scotland. He was the son of John Davidson and Lillias McKenzie. Donald Davidson was baptized on 29 March 1818 at Cawdor, Nairn, Scotland. He married Elizabeth Campbell, daughter of James Campbell and Marjory (Mary) Reid, on 15 December 1848 at Meikle Urchany, Cawdor, Nairn, Scotland. Donald Davidson was a Farmer and Master Mason. He died on 25 December 1886 at Woodside, Cawdor, Nairn, Scotland, at age 68.

     Jean McNaughtan was born circa 1794 at St Ninians, Stirling, Scotland. She was the daughter of Alex McNaughtan and Isabel Russell. Jean McNaughtan married Matthew Blackwood, son of William Blackwood and Agnes(Janet) Whyte, on 14 April 1815 at Strathblane & St Ninians, Stirling, Scotland. Jean McNaughtan died on 12 March 1840 at Arthurlie, Neilston, Renfrew, Scotland.

     Robert Blackwood was a Bleacher. He was born on 19 November 1824 at Strathblane, Stirling, Scotland. He was the son of Matthew Blackwood and Jean McNaughtan. Robert Blackwood married Margaret McGraw on 2 October 1841 at Glasgow, Lanark, Scotland. Robert Blackwood married Mary Brown, daughter of James Brown and Ann Stewart, on 8 October 1849 at Neilston, Renfrew, Scotland. Robert Blackwood died before 1861.

     William Blackwood was born on 10 June 1816 at Strathblane, Stirling, Scotland. He was the son of Matthew Blackwood and Jean McNaughtan. William Blackwood married Grace Vallance, daughter of James Vallance and Agnes Pinkerton, on 8 November 1841 at Broomlands, Paisley, Renfrew, Scotland. William Blackwood was a Master Bleacher. He married Isabella McNaughtan, daughter of Rev Alexander McNaughtan and Janet Blackwood, on 12 September 1853 at Milngavie, Dunbarton, Scotland. Also, proclaimed at Neilston on 10th September 1853. William Blackwood died on 12 February 1858 at Arthurliefield, Neilston, Renfrew, Scotland, at age 41.

     Agnes Blackwood was born on 14 October 1827 at Neilston, Renfrew, Scotland. She was the daughter of Matthew Blackwood and Jean McNaughtan. Agnes Blackwood died on 22 November 1838 at High Arthurlie, Neilston, Renfrew, Scotland, at age 11.

     Isabella Blackwood was born on 8 April 1822 at Strathblane, Stirling, Scotland. She was the daughter of Matthew Blackwood and Jean McNaughtan. Isabella Blackwood married Hugh Locke on 24 April 1849 at Neilston, Renfrew, Scotland. Isabella Blackwood died on 7 August 1892 at Barrhead, Renfrew, Scotland, at age 70.

     Janet Drummond was born in October 1797 at Drymen, Stirling, Scotland. She was the daughter of John Drummond and Isabel Ferguson. Janet Drummond married John Blackwood, son of William Blackwood and Agnes(Janet) Whyte, on 20 February 1824 at Strathblane & Drymen, Stirling, Scotland. Janet Drummond died before June 1841.
